The final date to redeem vouchers has been extended to March 1, 2013. In
order to be eligible for redemption, vouchers (along with proof of purchase)
must be sent to the Claims Administrator with a postmark date of March 1, 2013,
or earlier. There will be no exceptions to this extended deadline.
